Your Core Responsibilities:
As the Director of Planning, you will oversee all aspects of demand, supply, and materials planning for our swiftly growing organization. This role encompasses the development of processes, systems, and team competencies necessary to support growth and operational excellence. You will manage the entire planning cycle, integrating forecasts, production schedules, material readiness, contracts, and supplier inventory programs to meet service, cost, and inventory goals. You will drive alignment across various functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Finance while managing a diverse co-manufacturing and supplier ecosystem. Alongside daily operations, you will create scalable tools and processes, nurture talent, lead risk and scenario planning, and strategize long-term capacity and network requirements to foster innovation and sustained growth.
