The Director of Private Securities will take ownership of client relationships and ensure successful transaction results, playing a crucial role in the revenue growth and overall success of Forge in the private markets.This position necessitates extensive expertise in capital markets and a proven track record of managing client relationships. Familiarity with deal execution involving institutional clients is highly regarded, particularly for longer-duration transactions like private placements.We seek a dynamic, self-motivated institutional sales professional who prioritizes clients, possesses a deep passion for connecting them with innovative startups, and aligns with our values of boldness, accountability, and humility in every interaction. If you are dedicated to client success and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Location: This role requires 2-3 days a week in our San Francisco, CA office.
