Your ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & CommercializationDevelop and oversee the product strategy and roadmap focusing on A/R automation, payments, patient engagement, and analytics to align with revenue and profitability goals.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define pricing, packaging, and commercialization of new products across both SaaS and payments revenue streams.Innovate on product-led growth strategies that enhance adoption, usage, and revenue expansion within private practices, group practices, and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).Execution & Engineering CollaborationBe a hands-on product leader, engaging at all levels from high-level strategy to writing specifications and creating prototypes, delivering iteratively rather than in protracted cycles.Work alongside the CTO to enhance engineering efficiency, optimize AI-driven development workflows, and evaluate build/buy/partner strategies across PMS systems, payment processors, and other solutions.Payments & Platform DevelopmentRefine integration and data strategies across dental PMS platforms, payment processors, and channel partners to maximize value.

Seize the unique opportunity to lead the product function at a rapidly growing vertical SaaS and payments provider, boasting a solid product-market fit with over 2,500 dental offices utilizing our platform and exceptional unit economics.
As the inaugural dedicated product leader, you will report directly to the CEO, wielding the autonomy to shape a forward-thinking product roadmap, spearhead execution, and drive the commercialization of Pearly's expanding platform across billing, payments, and patient engagement.
Your journey will involve two intertwined initiatives: first, enhancing our product capabilities to deliver greater value and boost Average Contract Value (ACV); second, scaling via self-service distribution, product-led growth, agile feedback mechanisms, and strategic integrations.
This role transcends traditional product management. You will operate as an entrepreneurial leader, driving product strategy and swiftly developing new capabilities that address genuine challenges in the dental sector. You will take ownership of the commercial outcomes of your initiatives, collaborating closely with the CTO to enhance engineering speed and AI tool integration.
