The Role: Director, Product Design
In the capacity of Director of Product Design, you will establish the strategic design vision for our organization while building and leading a high-performing design team, initially focused on enhancing our Product Design capabilities at Knak.
You will advocate for design excellence across all product teams, advance organizational design maturity, and ensure that user-centric thinking is integrated throughout the company.
This strategic leadership position demands exceptional design judgment, strong business insight, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams at all levels.
What You’ll Do
Shape and drive Knak’s design vision and UX strategy
- Collaborate with executive and product leadership to align design direction with business objectives, user needs, and emerging AI opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and expand the product design team
- Create a high-performing, inclusive team by nurturing talent, supporting professional growth, and cultivating a culture of creativity and accountability.
Supervise design execution across product teams
- Ensure consistent, high-quality output through design critiques, reviews, and adherence to design systems.
