The Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will play a crucial role in aligning Loop’s evolving vision with clear strategies, execution clarity, and organizational drive.
You will take ownership, providing direction in uncertain situations, fostering alignment amidst chaos, and applying systems thinking across teams. You lead with assurance, understanding that while perfection is not the goal, purposeful progress is.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and shape Loop’s multi-year product strategy, backed by customer insights and aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Translate executive vision into prioritized action plans and scalable processes across teams.
