Position Overview
As the Director of Product Operations and Analytics, you will be the strategic architect linking product strategy with business impact. You will drive operational excellence and establish the systems, insights, and monetization strategies that fuel sustainable growth across our product portfolio.
This role operates at the crossroads of Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Finance, and Product Marketing, ensuring that every roadmap decision, product launch, and pricing strategy is data-driven and aligned with revenue outcomes. You will construct a cohesive operational and analytics framework that correlates product usage, customer value, and commercial performance into a unified source of truth.
In addition to execution, you will influence how the organization perceives product success by enhancing measurement practices, facilitating evidence-based prioritization, and integrating pricing and packaging strategies into the core product lifecycle. By leading Product Operations directly and developing the Product Analytics and Pricing Strategy functions, you will establish the framework for scalable, data-informed decision-making and monetization excellence.
This role is crucial in transforming Product into not just a delivery function but a measurable growth engine for the organization.
