Collaboration across departments such as Sales, Product, Education, and Customer Support is essential to ensure a seamless customer journey from the initial sale to successful adoption, aligning the services strategy with broader business goals. Occasional travel to client sites and for cross-functional leadership meetings may be required (up to 25%).
