The Opportunity:
This is an exhilarating and highly visible opportunity for a Director of Program Management to propel a first-in-class RAS(ON) Inhibitor through clinical development. The ideal candidate should be an adept and self-driven program manager, possessing a robust understanding of drug development processes. In this role, you will partner closely with the Project Team Leader (PTL) to translate program strategies into effective execution plans, while navigating the competitive landscape and clinical context to manage cross-functional dependencies efficiently.
The successful candidate will leverage their experience to:
Collaborate with the PTL in defining program strategies and stakeholder management, along with overall program leadership.
Establish and maintain a functionally integrated project plan that outlines goals, key objectives, deliverables, and risks, facilitating precise project, financial, and portfolio analyses for business planning.
Identify and manage program risks, working alongside subject matter experts to formulate appropriate mitigation plans.
Assess alternative development scenarios, including costs, timelines, risks, and project strategies, throughout the program's progression.
Lead the global development team in preparing and updating essential project documents and communications.
Ensure efficient information flow within the global cross-functional project team and internal advisory and governance bodies.
Exhibit effective meeting management and information prioritization to drive project success.
