Position Overview:
Voyager Defense & National Security is on the lookout for an exceptional Director of Programs to establish and lead a high-performance program management organization within our rapidly expanding aerospace enterprise. This senior-level execution leader will oversee the implementation of DoD, NASA, and commercial programs within the San Diego Product Line, focusing on communication, and guidance, navigation & control technologies.
The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, navigates ambiguity effectively, and directs teams to build robust execution foundations while the organization grows and evolves.
Program execution reflects organizational effectiveness. This leader will enhance both aspects—cultivating disciplined program management and fostering cross-functional alignment, trust, and operational rhythm necessary for sustained high performance.
The Director of Programs will build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, program planning & controls, finance, functional leadership, other Voyager locations, corporate leadership, and clients, ensuring that programs execute reliably while the organization continues to grow and adapt.
