At Ramboll Management Consulting, we are seeking a visionary leader for our public procurement advisory team. This role involves setting strategic direction for both our employees and clients. Our ambition extends beyond merely assisting clients with their procurement processes; we aim to challenge norms and inspire innovative methodologies through our advisory services.
Your New Role
As the head of our procurement advisory services, you will occupy a strategically critical position, participating in the management of our legal and commercial consulting initiatives, while also being a key part of personnel management at Ramboll Management Consulting.
Collaborating with employees and colleagues, you will shape the future of the procurement domain, thus having a direct and significant impact on how we present ourselves in the market to both current and prospective clients. Additionally, you will help foster an environment that makes us the best workplace for our employees.
Our procurement advisory team is a vital component of our broader legal environment within Legal & Contract Management, where we also provide counsel on contracts, contract management, construction law, and regulatory compliance—both in public and private sectors, as well as nationally and internationally.
Currently, approximately 30 talented and dedicated employees operate in these areas, each with unique professional specializations and sector focuses.
In the field of public procurement, we engage in:
- Executing tenders above and below threshold values according to the procurement law, supply directives, defense and security directives, and concession directives.
- Preparing comprehensive tender documentation—often with technical expertise from clients or colleagues at Ramboll.
- Drafting suitable and balanced contracts or framework agreements for specific tenders.
- Developing and continuously updating tender and contract paradigms.
- Managing requests for access to documents and conducting appeals in the Procurement Complaints Board.
We typically participate in procurement projects from inception to completion, involving ourselves in the early strategic phases and providing subsequent implementation support and contract management for the agreements made. The goal of our advisory is to ensure that public authorities can carry out procurement processes that are both legally and commercially sound.
