Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Recruiting to design and lead our talent acquisition initiatives during a critical growth phase. This pivotal role will be essential in rapidly expanding our team while upholding our standards for technical proficiency and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth targets and workforce planning requirements.
Collaborate with executive leadership to anticipate hiring needs, model workforce capacity, and ensure recruiting capabilities are ahead of demand.
Develop annual recruiting strategies with defined metrics, budgets, and resource allocations across various functions and locations.
Establish a compelling employer brand and talent marketing strategies that set us apart in the competitive cloud infrastructure landscape.
Utilize data-driven insights through recruiting analytics, market intelligence, and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, including technical recruiters, coordinators, and operations specialists.
Define performance expectations, career development pathways, and accountability measures for the recruiting team.
Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ongoing improvement within the talent acquisition department.
Strategically manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
Design and implement scalable and efficient recruiting processes from job listing through onboarding, ensuring outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Establish best-in-class recruiting operations, including optimizing ATS, interview training, candidate communication protocols, and offer processes.
