About the job
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the delivery of development projects in collaboration with project managers and Product Owners.
- Manage the budget, workload, and execution of the roadmap.
- Structure processes, governance, and control tools.
- Lead and organize the team (architects, POs, scrum masters, front/back/mobile developers, DevOps).
- Engage with R&D Directors from Business Units to handle escalations and maintain equal alignment.
- Act as a liaison between the team and the VP of R&D, safeguarding collective interests while upholding a high level of performance.
- Participate in the R&D board of the group.
A strategic and high-profile position:
You will work on crucial topics for the Group:
- Sovereign IoT platform.
- Device management solutions (LXConnect).
- Web and mobile applications for Business Units.
- Technological choices aligned with CSR commitments (cloud providers, Green IT, etc.).
Your contributions will directly impact business performance: improving delivery, restoring trust among Business Units, and stabilizing the organization.
You will collaborate closely with:
- The VP of R&D.
- The Technical Product Manager.
- Directors of Business Units and R&D.
- The Group Lead Architect.
This position is based in Cesson-Sévigné, with occasional travel to headquarters or Business Units.
