As part of our expansion, we recognize the value we generate not only for users, couriers, and partners but also for various stakeholders including Media Players & Brands (CPGs, Emerging Brands, Payment Institutions…). Glovo aims to lead the Retail Media industry, and we are in search of a driven leader to spearhead this initiative in our largest market, Spain.
This leader will take charge of developing the primary strategy to assist Brands and Agencies in Spain to optimize their growth and reach within the Glovo ecosystem, creating substantial opportunities for enhanced customer engagement.
THE JOURNEY
- Manage relationships with Media Agencies, utilizing your network to establish and expand Joint Business Plans.
- Develop and implement sales, operational, and growth processes to enhance Glovo’s partnerships with Global Brands and Media agencies.
- Realize the Glovo vision and long-term strategy for media advertising in Glovo Spain, collaborating with the HQ team, and actively leading the enhancement of our technology to best serve our Advertisers.
- Transform the Glovo ES team into a recognized best-in-class entity and a global leader in on-demand delivery Media advertising.
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns for both endemic and non-endemic brands (including Sampling, Programmatic, Retail Media, etc.), coordinating across internal departments to ensure proper execution. Collect insights through comprehensive analysis of results, prepare reports, and share them with stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Build and lead a team of media specialists, defining roles effectively to achieve objectives. Be accountable for their performance and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to address challenges and continually advocate for the Ads agenda within Glovo.
- Establish and maintain critical relationships with C-level executives of Brands & Agencies.
- Assume full responsibility for the Ads revenue P&L.
