Director of Retail Operations

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Director of Retail Operations to spearhead our efforts to create a world-class customer experience across all channels.

You'll be responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring our teams to embody the essence of our brand in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Managing Director of Cubitts, overseeing our portfolio of 18 retail stores across the UK, including a retail support team comprising a Senior Retail Manager and Retail Operations.
- Instill and maintain the brand's culture in the daily operations of store teams, paying attention to every detail of the customer journey.
- Develop a holistic service approach to retail, ensuring each store acts as a vital touchpoint in a global network that includes online platforms and other retail formats.
- Maintain high standards for store presentation and operations to foster excitement and loyalty, while executing company initiatives and providing actionable feedback to enhance visual merchandising and store layouts.
- Act as the key retail stakeholder in leadership meetings, presenting relevant information with clarity and confidence.
- Utilize strong analytical and forecasting skills to assess performance metrics and develop strategic plans to exceed expectations, contributing to financial planning and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets and costs effectively, safeguarding the financial integrity of the company’s physical stores and inventory, and be accountable for the overall P&L of your stores and their impact on the entire network.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly, ensuring timely resolutions that demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
