Position Overview
We are in search of a visionary leader—someone with a robust understanding of revenue cycle management who perceives it as a dynamic process rather than a fixed operation. As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will spearhead our Revenue Cycle Operations and Credentialing departments, ensuring the financial well-being of our NP-owned practices. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from payer credentialing to billing, collections, and beyond.
In this dual-role as both strategist and executor, you will set the direction, tackle complex challenges, and develop scalable systems to support our rapidly expanding multi-state network. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in uncertainty, is willing to actively engage in problem-solving, and knows how to implement practical structures that benefit our teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Optimize Systems
Oversee and enhance the entire revenue lifecycle, including credentialing, billing, collections, and issue management, for our growing network of NP-owned practices.
Architect workflows that seamlessly blend automation with personalized support, prioritizing precision, efficiency, and user experience.
Transform metrics into actionable strategies: Propel performance across KPIs like clean claim rates, payment timelines, credentialing durations, and net collections.
Enhance Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary problem-solver for high-priority RCM and credentialing matters, assisting practices with clarity and empathy.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide NPs with insights into their financial and credentialing performance, fostering trust in our support.
Establish systems for proactive updates, transparent timelines, and robust communication.
Lead Teams and Partnerships
Mentor and guide Revenue Cycle staff, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance the financial health of our practices.
