The Opportunity:
As we embark on an ambitious hiring plan for 2026, which includes onboarding more than 20 new Business Account Executives and developing our account management and expansion functions, we recognize the need for a dedicated Revenue Enablement function. Our product consistently outperforms competitors in head-to-head trials, and our pipeline generation is robust. However, our current enablement strategies have been ad-hoc and will require a more structured approach to meet our future goals.
You will play a critical role in establishing and leading the Revenue Enablement function, with the primary aim of accelerating the ramp-up time for our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Your key performance indicators will include reducing the onboarding time for both new AEs and Customer Success Managers, as well as creating a comprehensive playbook to scale our revolutionary product, Ivo Intelligence, across new business and expansion initiatives.
