Role Overview
The Director of Revenue Transformation leads strategic initiatives for Gong’s largest clients. This position focuses on guiding enterprise customers through their transformation journeys, building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, and aligning Gong’s solutions with executive revenue goals. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams is central to this work, helping clients move from point solutions to a unified, AI-powered revenue approach.
What You Will Do
- Drive the success of major enterprise clients by offering strategic guidance and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and value delivery.
- Use Gong’s maturity model to assess clients’ current revenue operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help clients develop and execute multi-year strategies that support business transformation and measurable growth.
- Ensure sustainable, scalable value for Gong’s largest customers through ongoing partnership and support.
What We Look For
- Experience consulting senior leaders to achieve strategic business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Background may include leadership in a Fortune 500 company overseeing large-scale transformation, or senior-level consulting experience with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- Interest in working with a leading SaaS company and engaging with enterprise clients on complex transformation projects.
