Our Safety Data Analysis team plays a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the safety performance of Torc Drive. We utilize a blend of engineering principles, statistical analysis, and big data analytics to convert complex datasets into insightful safety metrics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development
- Guide and mentor a team of safety analysts and engineers, defining clear roles and expectations for both on-road and simulation-based safety monitoring.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure analyses are robust, reproducible, and well-documented.
- Establish rigorous standards for problem formulation, method selection, and result interpretation, particularly for sparse or rare-event data.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity through documentation and cross-training.
- Governance and Decision Support
- Align team outputs with internal safety policies and regulatory requirements, leveraging statistical and risk-based evidence.
- Utilize engineering judgment to assess safety performance evidence and manage residual risk.
