In the role of Strategic Account Director, you will be pivotal in forging new business relationships within your designated accounts while serving as the primary support for our clients. You will be their trusted partner, leveraging outstanding leadership and visionary skills to devise collaborative cross-functional solutions for their most intricate challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive continuous growth for enterprise accounts.
Foster robust relationships with your assigned clients.
Create, implement, and sustain an account growth plan that includes account mapping, stakeholder analysis, and strategies for cross-selling and upselling.
Conduct thorough research on potential clients using a variety of methods, including online research, trade show lists, referrals, professional directories, CRMs, and personal outreach.
Maintain precise records of prospective client information including names, titles, contact numbers, addresses, and other relevant details.
Relentlessly pursue alignment with TransPerfect’s core values and principles.
Generate new business opportunities through diverse channels such as email campaigns, social media, and cold calling.
Develop account-specific marketing strategies and content.
Employ creative problem-solving to enhance existing new business development strategies.
Organize and oversee Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Establish a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring account performance.
Identify and manage Requests for Quotation (RfQs) and Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
Negotiate business agreements, pricing, and timelines with prospective and current clients.
Collaborate with operations, technology, solutions, and other internal teams to ensure all projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in flawless deliverables.
Regularly follow up with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further collaboration.
