Craft long-term strategic narratives that foster innovative thinking and direct creative processes. Convert brand, category, and audience insights into clear, impactful briefs that empower creatives. Distill complex information into accessible, powerful strategies without jargon. Cultural Intelligence Exhibit a keen curiosity about culture, sports, entertainment, fashion, gaming, music, behavior, technology, and beyond. Identify and interpret cultural trends and audience behaviors to create strategic opportunities for clients. Ensure ideas and sponsorship solutions drive action from our audiences, beyond mere impressions. Data & Research Excellence Develop strategies that are rooted in robust data, research, and behavioral insights. Utilize various research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, cultural, social, and audience) in collaboration with internal and external partners as necessary. As a key strategic leader, the Planning Director will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy behind our major client partnerships and creative projects. Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, you will collaborate across our wide-ranging client portfolio, spearheading briefs, establishing robust strategic frameworks, and incorporating cultural insights from various brands and their audiences.
You will partner closely with Business Directors, Creative Directors, and our comprehensive Planning team to ensure our work remains bold, intelligent, and culturally relevant. Your ability to simplify complex concepts will inspire actionable strategies and empower our creative teams.
