About the Role
We seek a Director of Strategy & Core Payments to spearhead the advancement of EveryPay's core payment products and client solutions.
This role is both strategic and execution-oriented, central to our growth trajectory. You will oversee the design, packaging, and market delivery of our products, ensuring seamless client integration while driving revenue growth and product adoption.
You will develop the end-to-end solution strategy across acquiring, APMs, and internal tools, connecting Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations teams. Your goal is to expand our product reach, enhance conversion rates and speed to market, and identify new GMV growth avenues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Payments & Solutioning Leadership
- Define and lead the strategic direction for acquiring and APMs.
- Translate product capabilities into scalable, client-oriented solutions and integration frameworks.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle from pre-sales solution design to post-launch enhancements.
- Balance standardization and customization to meet scalability and client requirements.
- Ensure excellence in CP/CNP payment processes across eCommerce, POS, and omnichannel experiences.
- Drive ongoing improvements of integration frameworks, APIs, and developer experience.
2. Growth, GTM & Revenue Empowerment
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to transform leads into revenue, enhancing win rates and deal velocity.
- Design and implement growth strategies to increase market share and GMV.
- Assist strategic clients and complex transactions through hands-on solution architecture and consultancy.
- Be a pivotal voice in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and product positioning.
3. Cross-functional Leadership & Execution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment and execution of strategic goals.
