ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Director of Supply Chain to establish and lead our Supply Chain organization, which includes Global Supply Managers, Supplier Industrialization and Quality Engineers, Supply Planners, and Procurement Specialists. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our supply base and spearheading the development and execution of global supply chain operations as we ramp up production of Biofire’s smart gun.
As the Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the systems, relationships, strategies, and team dynamics essential for Biofire to achieve production targets and meet customer demands efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively. This is a significant, hands-on leadership role requiring extensive knowledge of supply chains, ERP systems, and dynamic manufacturing environments.
