Join us as a strategic and results-oriented Director of Talent Enablement, tasked with overseeing a global portfolio of talent initiatives and operational strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive delivery of talent programs, ensuring solid governance, reporting, and quantifiable results.
- Manage portfolio oversight, operational performance metrics, and provide executive-level insights.
- Design and implement the knowledge strategy across the broader Talent team, ensuring documentation of knowledge and best practices, capturing lessons learned, and maintaining up-to-date policy and process documentation.
- Take ownership of budgets, vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, and P&L for the programs.
- Oversee and execute RFP processes, from requirement gathering to vendor selection.
- Ensure uniformity in processes, templates, and program standards across all facets.
- Lead the data strategy for Talent, collaborating with HR to define KPIs, governance, and management protocols to ensure quality, consistency, and accurate data utilization across the People function.
- Mentor and manage project managers and specialized teams involved in both build and run activities.
