Job Summary:
The Director of Targeted Acquisition will lead and expand Mercer Advisors' innovative Pinpoint program, an AI-driven outreach engine that personalizes the client acquisition process from initial contact to conversion. This is a pivotal role that balances product development with team coaching. You will take ownership of the program roadmap, crafting impactful campaigns (particularly during key launches) while mentoring teams to design, implement, and refine their initiatives. Although you will oversee a small contractor team for daily campaign management and quality assurance, you will retain ultimate responsibility for strategy, execution quality, and complex project management.
Importantly, this role extends beyond marketing execution. You will define and oversee the comprehensive operating model, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect engagement to Client Development, designed for optimal conversion rates.
