Responsibilities:Vendor Strategy and Relationship Management:Formulate and oversee Byrider’s vendor strategy, ensuring it aligns with franchisee requirements and company goals.Build and sustain robust relationships with key vendors to enhance performance, consistency, and long-term value.Assist senior leadership in vendor negotiations using data insights, performance evaluations, and market analysis.Track vendor performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and initiate improvements in service delivery, pricing, and utilization.Manage vendor contracts, renewals, compliance, and adherence to agreements in collaboration with leadership.Maintain a comprehensive repository of vendor pricing, performance metrics, and documented economic benefits for franchisees.Develop and oversee a Strategic Vendor Partner program with established criteria, designations, and annual assessments.Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key vendors to evaluate performance, financial impacts, and strategic alignment.Collaborate with Franchise Operations and Finance to quantify and communicate the economic advantages for franchisees derived from vendor partnerships.Event Strategy and Execution:Lead the planning and execution of corporate and franchise events, including annual conventions, group meetings, training sessions, and industry gatherings.Oversee all aspects of event execution, ensuring excellent delivery in logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.Develop event strategies that align with business priorities, enhance franchisee engagement, and promote preferred vendor collaborations.Manage event budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient planning and execution.
