As the Director and Learning Business Partner (LBP) for R&D/OCMO, you will collaborate strategically with one or more sub-functions, engaging closely with VP-level senior leadership to identify business priorities and learning needs. You will lead a team of learning professionals in the co-creation of long-term learning strategies that enhance performance and drive innovation. Your team will design and execute learning interventions tailored to meet organizational goals, focusing on key roles and facilitating transformation across the employee lifecycle.
