Job Overview:
The Dishwasher is essential in ensuring a clean, sanitary, and well-organized kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards for food safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Keep kitchen floors, walls, and work areas clean and free from debris and food residue.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment.
- Sort and store clean dishes and utensils appropriately.
- Assist in trash and recycling removal to maintain a tidy kitchen environment.
- Support kitchen staff in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe work environment.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
