KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Skills and Customer Relations:
- Perform cleaning and organization of dishes and kitchen equipment
- Inspect the condition of dishwashing equipment
- Conduct inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor of low stock
- Ensure that all waste disposal areas are managed and assist when necessary
- Organize the dishwashing area and store dishes and equipment properly
- Follow cleaning product dosage guidelines to effectively manage expenses
- Assist in maintaining dishware quality by notifying the supervisor of any unusual losses or breakages
- Adhere to the procedures and policies established by the brand and hotel
- Embody the Heartist spirit in interactions with guests
- Peel and prepare vegetables and fruits.
- Perform simple setup tasks (preparing garnishes, sauces, etc.).
- Assist in plating dishes under the chef's supervision.
- Prepare meals for staff dining.
Occasional Maintenance Tasks in the Hotel:
- Cleaning and organizing service areas.
- Maintaining the hotel's entrance, delivery dock, and terrace.
- Cleaning common equipment and the staff dining area.
- Other cleanliness and organization tasks as needed.
Commercial / Sales:
- Understand the services offered by the hotel and inform guests about their requests, encouraging their use
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments
Hygiene / Safety of People / Environment:
- Ensure cleanliness in kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Clean kitchen equipment inside and out, disassemble and reassemble machines after service
- Daily adherence to HACCP hygiene regulations and equipment safety instructions
- Comply with the commitments of the hotel's
