As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils, equipment, and workspaces, ensuring a hygienic environment for food preparation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently clean and organize dishes and kitchen equipment
Inspect the condition of dishwashing equipment
Ensure all waste areas are attended to and assist as necessary
Maintain an organized dishwashing area and store utensils and equipment properly
Adhere to proper cleaning product dosages to manage expenses effectively
Contribute to inventory management by notifying supervisors of any loss or damage
Follow established procedures and policies as per hotel standards
Embody the Heartist@ spirit in all interactions with guests
