Join our team as a Dishwasher (Steward) and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils, either manually or using a dishwasher.
- Performing general cleaning of kitchen facilities including equipment, dining areas, and food circulation zones.
- Collecting and sorting waste for recycling in designated areas.
- Adhering to food safety practices relevant to the kitchen environment.
- Organizing, cleaning, and storing kitchen materials and utensils appropriately.
- Setting up and breaking down dining areas, arranging plates, cutlery, and napkins, as well as transporting food containers to appropriate locations.
- Executing additional tasks as required by the kitchen management.
