About the job
- Handle 15–20 incoming calls per hour from clients, drivers, insurance agents, and law enforcement.
- Swiftly and accurately allocate and dispatch jobs to available tow truck drivers.
- Utilize Linksoft Tow Manager for job assignment management and updates.
- Assist drivers with inquiries about payments, locations, and pick-up information.
- Prepare quotes and invoices for completed jobs.
- Respond to requests for pricing and job verifications.
- Provide essential updates and information to insurers and police as needed.
- Verify job details and pricing prior to submission.
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, especially during slower periods.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and job statuses.
- Assist the General Manager with reporting and additional administrative responsibilities.
