Join our dynamic team as a Dispatch Support Specialist! In this project-based role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely deliveries across the United States. Your responsibilities will include dispatching runs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging daily with our driver agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch deliveries in designated markets, creating optimal routes based on driver schedules, customer requirements, and service deadlines.
- Achieve proficiency in utilizing the CXT dispatch system.
- Interact directly with customers via phone and email, swiftly addressing issues while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Demonstrate expertise in Dialpad and Zendesk, our primary communication and ticketing platforms.
- Provide immediate and constructive feedback to drivers to enhance performance.
- Meet and exceed on-time delivery targets with a goal of achieving 90% or higher across all assigned markets.
- Offer ongoing, positive feedback to management regarding driver supply needs and individual driver performance.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of your assigned market(s), including clients and specific logistical needs.
- Maintain flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
