Qualifications
2 - 3+ years of experience in relevant fields such as financial services or the payment industry.Minimum of 2 years in dispute processing, either from the issuing or acquiring side.Strong grasp of Card Network regulations (VISA, MC, SMS) related to chargeback processing.Familiarity with EU Regulations, data privacy laws, and other requirements for effective dispute management.Ability to work independently while managing high-volume case loads with a focus on quality.Proven experience in direct customer interactions, with the capability to navigate complex cases towards positive resolutions.Demonstrated skills in sound decision-making and exercising discretion to mitigate corporate risk during investigations.

Join Marqeta as a Disputes Analyst and play a crucial role in delivering our Dispute and Chargeback services for our esteemed clients. You will be part of a dynamic team characterized by diversity, agile thinking, and exceptional skills. In this position, you will analyze incoming disputes and process chargebacks through the appropriate networks. You will also address escalated issues from various channels, oversee the resolution of inquiries raised by our offshore team members, and ensure all tasks are completed in alignment with our service level agreements.
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be onsite at our Warsaw office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
