Join our dedicated team at Hamilton Trace as a Distribution Laborer! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct service runs efficiently.
- Complete necessary locates for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain grounds and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Repair and install water lines as required.
- Operate machinery including tractors, mini excavators, and skid steers.
- Be available for on-call duties every third week.
- Occasionally work overnight for maintenance or urgent repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is a must.
- Capable of managing a physically demanding workload.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
- Ability to lift over 50lbs is essential.
- Must be ready to assist with major leaks on short notice.
- Previous experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
