ClinChoice is on the lookout for a Distribution Material Coordinator to collaborate with one of our esteemed pharmaceutical partners. This is a full-time (1 FTE), permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence at our client’s site in Mont Saint Guibert for 2 days a week.

The Distribution Material Coordinator will oversee the timely and compliant delivery of clinical trial materials to patients across the globe, utilizing a network of third-party distribution partners. This role is critical in supporting drug approvals through rigorous documentation and risk management for patients. Responsibilities include managing the receipt, transfer, and delivery of clinical trial materials at distribution hubs, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the process, and collaborating with hub/depot teams.
