As a Distribution Team Leader at Radius Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient receipt, storage, value-added servicing, and dispatch of a diverse range of products across Ireland and Europe.
Your additional responsibilities will include ensuring effective stock control, providing sufficient training, and implementing contingency planning.
Your focus will be to meet productivity targets and ensure that all warehouse processes are executed smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple platforms to meet Dispatch SLAs, including error logging and resolution.
- Collaborate with all operational departments for efficient dispatch management and ordering of consumables.
- Accurately record stock movements and assist with monthly stock takes.
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards while adhering to all relevant warehousing and shipping legislation.
- Manage stock control and reconcile data within storage systems.
- Supervise Dispatch Assistants, assigning tasks appropriately and conducting performance appraisals.
