As the District Manager for our Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), you will take charge of multiple locations in your region, driving operational success and sales growth. Your leadership will guide store management teams, ensuring adherence to brand standards and fostering an environment of excellence. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in managing multiple restaurant operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers to enhance their performance and leadership skills.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and customer-oriented culture.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure that all locations meet or surpass operational standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to verify compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Financial Management:
- Drive sales growth and enhance profitability across all locations.
- Analyze financial reports (P&L, labor, food costs) and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Set and monitor objectives for sales, labor, and cost control.
- Strategic Planning:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.
- Identify underperforming locations and develop turnaround strategies.
- Provide insights to senior leadership about market trends and competitive activities.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure all restaurants adhere to local health department and food safety regulations.
- Maintain brand consistency in food preparation, presentation, and guest experiences.
- Uphold all HR, legal, and safety protocols.
