We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, responsible for leading our outside sales team in the Atlanta and Athens regions. This role requires a proven track record in Business to Business sales and the ability to mentor, train, and lead a team of sales representatives in selling door and door-related products.
Position Overview:
- Achieve personal and team sales objectives and goals.
- Dedicate time to mastering a diverse line of products and services to effectively acquire new accounts and introduce existing customers to innovative solutions.
- Engage with commercial and industrial business owners, educational institutions, municipalities, healthcare facilities, and general contractors; a strong comfort level with cold calling and prospecting for new business is essential.
- Accompany sales representatives to ensure they are maximizing their potential in providing tailored door solutions to customers.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and manage the sales process from initial customer contact to closing; proficiency in Windows-based applications and sales tools is required to reduce errors.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
- Deliver timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) on a daily basis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
