We are seeking a dedicated District Sales Manager for our Milwaukee, WI rental facilities. We want someone who is ready to grow with us, bring passion and enthusiasm to their role, and contribute to shaping the future of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve their best while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Build and nurture a strong team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing exceptional talent. Conduct performance evaluations to drive positive outcomes.
- Maximize sales performance across multiple locations.
- Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to analyze territory and business trends, identifying areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities.
- Monitor key sales metrics, including fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and clearly to keep the sales team informed of relevant issues and propose urgent action items for resolution.
- Establish clear, measurable goals for sales team members with defined expectations.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing standards and legal regulations.
