About the job
Conduct PADI courses across all levels, ensuring adherence to PADI standards while fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Guide divers and snorkelers of varying skill levels to local dive sites, enhancing their underwater experience.
Manage the dive desk reception, including guest reservations, diver registrations, and the distribution of diving equipment from the marine center.
Assist in the retail shop by managing snorkeling rentals and addressing customer inquiries in line with resort standards.
Prepare diving gear for students and boat divers prior to their arrival for dives.
Participate in daily briefings at the marine center to stay updated on operations.
Engage in guest gatherings or events organized by diveOceanus to enhance guest relations.
Support Project AWARE initiatives and other events organized by diveOceanus or the Resort.
Handle incident reports promptly, maintaining communication with insurance providers during incident management.
Load and unload dive tanks and equipment onto the dive boat before and after dives.
Transport dive tanks and bags between the marine center and dive jetty efficiently.
Assist clients with rinsing and maintaining their diving equipment.
Assemble and disassemble diving gear as needed.
Ensure all diving equipment is cleaned thoroughly in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
