Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and quality home care
- Train and mentor new Client Services Managers
- Oversee coordination of client services and address scheduling challenges
- Manage and proactively expand your Client Services Manager caseload
- Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Develop strong, communicative ties with your team
- Ensure effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring key metrics (e.g., admissions, Medicare percentage, referral rejections)
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or home care setting preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Proven track record of increasing responsibility and achieving goals
- Ambition for career growth and advancement
- Strong computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
