As the Divisional Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our cleaning operations meet the highest standards of quality. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting thorough quality checks on various buildings, overseeing in-house employees and Independent Contractors, and facilitating training on effective cleaning techniques.
Your key responsibilities will also encompass replenishing supplies as needed, ensuring compliance with client complaint policies, and collaborating with Facility Service Managers to optimize Night Manager performance. You will be responsible for sending nightly reports summarizing areas for improvement and employee concerns, maintaining a key box for building access, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
Additionally, you will manage the in-house floor team, support recruitment and onboarding of new hires, and conduct regular audits and field rides to ensure operational excellence. This role requires you to possess a strong sense of professionalism and urgency to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
