- Oversee and manage project documentation within the Project Office, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
- Provide essential support to Department Managers, facilitating effective project execution.
- Streamline the flow of documentation across various projects, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Design and implement procedures and processes to optimize documentation management in the Project Office.
- Ensure timely communication of information between the Project Office and other departments within the shipyard.
- Create, update, and archive documents based on inputs from the Project Team, adhering to the highest standards.
- Regularly update document statuses in line with project milestones and progress.
- Coordinate the dispatch of documentation to external partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Proactively take ownership of tasks and contribute to project initiatives.
- Assist the Project Team in compiling reports related to ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Engage in the development of processes and tools utilized within the Project Support Office team.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering Teams, Procurement, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
