Key Responsibilities:
- * Maintain and utilize tracking software and logs for all document production tasks.
- * Evaluate job requests thoroughly, ensuring completion of all tasks throughout the workflow.
- * Execute document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination as required.
- * Follow established procedures to edit, proofread, and create documents to meet client expectations.
- * Exhibit proficiency in the technology and equipment necessary for document production.
- * Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors, and clients regarding job statuses and deadlines.
- * Ensure compliance with contracted deadlines for service delivery.
- * Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues as they arise.
- * Contribute to a proactive environment focused on continuous service improvement and client relationship building.
- * Perform quality assurance checks on work as necessary.
- * Adhere to Williams Lea Tag and client-specific policies.
- * Utilize equipment and resources efficiently to manage costs.
