Operational Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the main entrance.
- Manage and facilitate smooth traffic flow at the driveway by directing vehicles and coaches as necessary.
- Document any incidents or accidents occurring in the driveway and adjust traffic flow when required.
- Assist guests with taxi requests and support in the loading, unloading, and tagging of luggage from taxis or luggage vans.
- Coordinate parking for VIP guests, ensuring they receive proper attention and service.
- Collaborate closely with Valets to maintain efficient traffic movement at all times.
- Stay informed on shuttle and taxi booking charges to provide accurate information to guests.
- Offer directions, information, and assistance to guests as needed.
- Ensure the entrance and main door areas are clean and free of obstacles.
- Keep up to date with the day’s events and daily Hotel activities.
- Strive to remember the names of individual guests, especially VIPs, repeat visitors, and long-staying guests, to provide a personalized experience.
- Notify Security or the Duty Manager of any suspicious individuals or items.
- Assist the Bellman with luggage duties as required.
