The Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG), established in 2017, specializes in the collection of field data across Europe.
Our dedicated teams gather data in locations where automation is not feasible. We meticulously record features, capture photographs and videos, document audio, and scan areas for every detail necessary to facilitate informed decision-making. Our field data collection teams are strategically located throughout Europe and North America, ready to embrace new challenges.
Project Objective
The objective of this project is to collect images of roads, major attractions, and public spaces in EU countries. This initiative will utilize vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras mounted on rooftops to capture the surroundings and store these images on internal computers. The data collected will later be utilized to enhance one of the world's most popular online maps.
Data collectors will be assigned specific routes through public roads and areas, particularly targeting business districts and historical sites. Due to adverse weather conditions, some areas may require multiple visits to achieve optimal image quality. The project is expected to last between 3 to 6 months and will encompass various aspects of data collection.
The ideal candidate enjoys driving, is familiar with the local area, understands traffic trends, and demonstrates a high level of responsibility and reliability.
The work schedule is set for Monday to Friday, comprising 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week. Weekend work may also be required due to weather-related downtimes.
