Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you guide clients through the platform, address order-related questions, and tackle any challenges that may arise during the delivery process. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for food delivery inquiries.
- Assist customers with ordering, modifications, cancellations, and tracking their deliveries.
- Efficiently and professionally resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure timely service.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and address areas for growth.
- Stay informed on food delivery trends and promotions to effectively relay information to customers.
