Qualifications
Responsibilities: Identify and prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams. Evaluate companies: assess potential using provided guidelines and online tools. Conduct qualification checks to ensure prospects meet acquisition criteria. Stay updated on industry news and trends for timely prospecting. Understand market seasonality and work with the sales team to plan lead sourcing areas accordingly. Deliver leads based on agreed quarterly targets. Provide weekly reporting and analysis of your work in a clear format. Requirements: Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level). A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising or market research, particularly within the Benelux market. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and task automation. Strong strategic thinking and market trend analysis skills, with a solid understanding of the Israeli SMB sector. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM platforms. Well-organized and able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven capability to work independently and achieve results with minimal guidance. Strong familiarity with CRM tools and effective customer relationship management. Experience utilizing AI tools in daily tasks and interpreting insights for outreach. Motivated self-starter with a competitive mindset, able to work collaboratively with team members. Strong business acumen and ability to assess market opportunities.
