Lead and oversee bar staff during operational shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols.
Serve as the Duty Manager in accordance with liquor licensing regulations, promoting responsible alcohol service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and incidents with professionalism and urgency.
Manage bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Oversee inventory levels, facilitate ordering processes, and work to minimize wastage.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the workplace.
Prepare shift reports and relay operational matters to senior management.
Compensation: $31.52 per hour.
