Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and initial discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and successful closure.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify their recruitment challenges and effectively present our solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of both quick-turnaround deals and long-term strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to share valuable insights and drive growth.
- Represent Distro with professionalism and a strong focus on delivering value.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably within HR technology, recruiting software, ATS platforms, or talent acquisition solutions.
- A strong history of consistently surpassing sales quotas and closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals.
- Experience engaging with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, including CHROs, Heads of People, Talent Directors, and Hiring Managers.
- Proficient in managing a full-cycle B2B sales role, encompassing both outbound and inbound opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HR and recruiting workflows is highly advantageous.
